- Before submitting the Pre-Application Summary form, please
carefully review the Foundation Grant Criteria to determine if you are an
eligible grant recipient.
- You must provide a copy of your IRS Determination Letter of Ruling
identifying your organization as exempt under section 501(c)(3) and exempt from Private Foundation Status under Section 509(a). Applicants who
are exempt under a Government Municipality must also provide proof to
such. The Foundation does not make loans or grant to individuals.
- Complete all information on the form itself.
We do not accept handwritten requests.
- Do not make reference to attachments. Because of the number
of requests we receive, this aids the Trustees in their review.
- Because of the poor quality, please do not fax this form to us.
- There is no deadline for the Pre-Application Summary. The
Board of Trustees will review these forms every 4-6 weeks and you will be
notified as to the results of their review. If you should receive a
grant application, you will be given a deadline at that time.
- Once you have completed the form, you may submit it either by US Mail to
the address on the home page to the attention of
Suzanne Thomas or as an attachment to email to ahf@abell-hanger.org.
Because of the lack of quality, please do not fax this form.
