Submission Deadlines

Pre-Application Summary forms have no submission deadline but are reviewed by the trustees every four to six weeks.  You will be contacted by mail after the review is complete as to whether the trustees wish to see a full application form.  If so, a set of application forms will be sent to you.

The trustees meet on a quarterly basis to review grant applications.  Applicants are encouraged to submit their application as early as possible.   In order to meet the Trustees' needs, our schedule must remain flexible and each organization bears responsibility for submitting a full and complete application.  Incomplete applications will be delayed until the next Trustee meeting.
