Please note: Do not complete and submit the grant application forms until you are sure your organization qualifies to receive a grant.  Please visit the following page to determine if you are eligible to apply for a grant: Grant Criteria

If the applicant has not received funding from the Abell-Hanger Foundation within the last two calendar years, you must complete a "Pre-Application Summary." Upon return of this form, the Trustees will review the request to determine whether a full proposal is to be submitted. To complete a Pre-Application Summary form click here.

Form Download Instructions

  • First print and review the SF-CK Check List form to determine which forms to complete and submit.
  • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar program installed on your computer to complete, download and/or print the grant application forms.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader and similar programs can be used to complete these forms online, but not to save the completed form with the text you input.  It is recommended that the input text be saved in another program (e.g. Microsoft Word or Excel) or scanned if you need a digital copy for file purposes. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you should be able to save the completed form to your hard drive.
