Please note:  

For fiscal year end June 30, 2012 the Foundation is accepting grant applications only from the 57 county West Texas area as defined by the Foundation and shown on the following chart: West Texas Counties.  If you are representing a non-profit organization within these counties and you have not received funding from the Abell-Hanger Foundation within the last two calendar years, please complete a "Pre-Application Summary."  Upon return of this form, the Trustees will review your request to determine their level of interest.  If interest is shown, you will be given instructions regarding the submission of a grant application and deadline.

Form Download Instructions

  • First print and review the SF-CK Check List form to determine which forms to complete and submit.
  • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar program installed on your computer to complete, download and/or print the grant application forms.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader and similar programs can be used to complete these forms online, but not to save the completed form with the text you input.  It is recommended that the input text be saved in another program (e.g. Microsoft Word or Excel) or scanned if you need a digital copy for file purposes. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat you should be able to save the completed form to your hard drive.
